Kaycee's journey is marked by her significant contributions

organizational development. As a consultant, she has supported countless
economic development strategic plans, organizational development programs, and
business development strategies across the United States. Her role as host of
‘The Leading Ladies of Economic Development’ podcast is a testament to her
continued commitment to supporting female practitioners nationwide. Kaycee is a
lifelong Kentucky native who lives in South Central Kentucky with her husband,
son, and daughter.
