Dr. Roger J. Huston
is the Assistant Vice President for Strategic Relations and Rural Advancement
at Campbellsville University. He is also
an Assistant Professor of Management at Campbellsville University in the School
of Business, Economics, and Technology.
He is an Affiliate Faculty member at Regent University with the
Robertson School of Government and an Adjunct Faculty member at Liberty
University with the Helms School of Government.
Dr. Huston is the founder and principal consultant of Faith Works
Consulting—a management consulting and leadership coaching company—where he enjoys
working with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, and small businesses. Previously, Dr. Huston was the Dean of the
School of Business and Leadership at Kentucky Christian University. He has held other leadership positions in
government agencies and enjoys volunteering as a board member in nonprofit organizations. He has an undergraduate degree from Simpson
College and graduate degrees from Iowa State University and the University of
Delaware. Dr. Huston has written and
presented on work, policy, leadership, and management topics. His research interests include entrepreneurship and small
businesses, community and economic development and impact, and public policy.
