Alisher Burikhanov is
a workforce development consultant for Kentuckiana (greater Louisville) and
Northern Kentucky regions to help businesses grow, develop and retain their
workforce by accessing state and local workforce programs, incentives and
initiatives. Alisher is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion
efforts in linking businesses to local diversity recruitment opportunities and
strategizing development programs to allow inclusive growth opportunities.
Alisher is a University of Kentucky graduate with experience working at a
veteran-owned US government defense contractor, as a job developer for a
refugee resettlement agency, as a recruiter for a Fortune 500 agency, and now
as a consultant and connector for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Alisher is a
Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
