Brad began as Executive Director of the Winchester Clark County Industrial Development Authority (WCCIDA) on August 1, 2022. After serving almost 30 years with Louisville Gas & Electric and Kentucky Utilities Company in various roles, the majority being in economic development, he dedicates his experience and energy to the continued marketing and advancement of Winchester and Clark County.
Brad has lived in Central Kentucky since 1995 and has over 34 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of Virginia’s College at Wise, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing Management. Brad is a 2002 graduate of the University of Kentucky’s Institute for Economic Development and a 2003 graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute. He has continuing education courses from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton School of Business and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
Brad presently resides in Madison County and enjoys golf, photography, and music. He has two grown daughters, Lindsey, and Lauren, who reside in Shelbyville, KY, and Cartersville, GA., respectively.
