Our client, an
automotive manufacturing company in the greater Lexington, KY area, is seeking
a motivated and confident Sales Representative fluent in Chinese/Mandarin
Chinese to join their sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible
for attaining strategic growth targets through end-user accounts.
In addition to
being fluent in Chinese/Mandarin Chinese, successful candidates will have
superior negotiation and influencing skills; high level of confidence;
knowledge in all areas of sales, including presentation, contract, and basic
market research; and the ability to develop and maintain constructive and
cooperative working relationships with others. They must also have strong
communication and analytical skills to define and identify problems and
opportunities for success, along with ability to understand production efficiencies.
Manufacturing background is required (automotive highly preferred).
Candidates
should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or
related field plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience (or equivalent experience).
Additional requirements include a valid driver’s license; the ability to
distinguish colors and shades; and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Client offers a
base salary of $50k, bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits plan along
with basic relocation package.
