Executive Director for the
Morehead-Rowan County Economic Development Council
The
Morehead-Rowan County Economic Development Council seeks a motivated economic
development professional to aggressively promote and coordinate economic growth
for the community. The successful candidate will be a leader in the community,
creating partnerships to further community and workforce development projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s
operations, finances, strategic planning, public relations, contractual and
governmental relationships.
Salary and
Benefits: Salary is negotiable with a competitive benefit package.
Education and
Experience: A bachelor’s degree in business,
marketing, planning, economic development or public administration or related
field is required. Minimum three years economic development experience
preferred.
